About Tiya

My name is "Taco Bell" Tiya! I am co-founder and co-owner of Unlocking DFW Realty Team. I'm also a REALTOR® and the creative force behind Unlocking DFW, helping clients navigate real estate with thoughtful strategy, steady communication, and zero-pressure guidance.

Licensed since 2020—yes, during that market—and having dual careers, as of August 2026, I recently made a HUGE career pivot after spending 11 years in the music industry in Dallas, working my way from intern to Executive Director.

Now fully immersed in real estate, I bring the same creativity, organization, and people-first energy to every buyer and seller I serves.

They call me Taco Bell Tiya (of course I love the fast food chain) but I also sell homes to include the proximity of the nearby Taco Bells because that is VERY important information for any buyer! Fun (kinda) fact: most everyone in Dallas proper is about 10 mins from a Taco Bell!

When I'm not "unlocking" doors across DFW, I can be found cooking all my family's receipes, trying to up my USTA tennis rating, or questioning if it's too soon since I had Taco Bell last.... answer: NEVER!
